Shop Policies

  • Shipping: please allow up to 7 days for an item to be shipped & an additional 3-5 days for delivery.
  • No returns or refunds- if an item arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 24 hours of the item being delivered.
  • Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages- the package is in USPS’s hands once tracking is provided. Please check with your local post office if an item is labeled as “delivered” but has not arrived.
  • If a package is returned due to an address input error, customer is required to pay additional shipping costs-  please double check all information. If it is my mistake, I will gladly re-ship the item!
